During the design process, you will be asked to approve certain colours and fonts before we continue our work. When the design project is ready for printing, we submit a final proof for approval. On completion of a project, the client may request the piece in various formats if payment has been made for design services.

You receive your compressed design files via email or through a file-sharing platform. For vector files, you will receive .AI, .EPS, .PDF and .JPG files. For bitmap files, you will receive .JPG, .PNG and .PDF files.

Yes. After the final payment and completion of your order, all the design projects we conceive for you will always remain your property.

First, your artwork must be a pre-printed document, such as .PDF, .JPG or .TIFF. We do not accept Word documents or PowerPoint presentation files.

First, you must set your artwork to print with a 3mm margin on all sides. Fonts must be converted to curves, that is, they must be converted to vector format. The colour profile must be set to CMYK. If you have difficulties, our designer can help you with the correct preparation of your artwork.

You will always receive a final sample with a preview of the print-ready piece. Your order will not be processed until we receive your e-mail with approval. Finally, please note that we do not accept verbal and/or phone approval.
